This company was formed from a merger of three local Weichert affiliates with ties to Weichert going back as far as the Fall of 2003, and real estate experience stretching out more than 30 years.     Jeff Grebe moved with his family to Knoxville in 1982. In 1993, he married an East Tennessee girl and is now the father of three beautiful girls. Jeff enjoys the opportunity to help people relocate and purchase homes in such a beautiful and welcoming area. Jeff opened The Buyer’s Agent of Knoxville, Inc. in May of 1997 and in January of 2003 opened an independently owned company, Advantage Real Estate, Inc. Jeff has helped hundreds of clients save thousands of dollars, not to mention time and effort. Jeff brings a wealth of experience with him.     Lindsay Boyles was born and raised in Baltimore and lived in Birmingham, Alabama and Cincinnati before settling in Knoxville almost 6 years ago. She retired from Sara Lee Corp. after a 23 year career and decided to get into real estate, because remodeling her homes in each of these cities has been her favorite thing to do. Lindsay graduated from Tennessee Real Estate Educational System as a Certified TREES Graduate (C.T.G.) and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Tennessee. She is a member of the Knoxville Area, Tennessee and National Association of REALTORS®. Lindsay lives in the Old Bearden area and is actively involved in the Westwood Neighborhood Association.     As a licensed real estate agent in the state of TN, Talulah’s ambition is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase or sale of your home. Talulah has lived all over the country, coast to coast; VA to CA. Knoxville, her last move, is home! Of all the places she’s lived, Knoxville is her favorite; mainly because of the people. She and her family did not know anyone here, but quickly became immersed in the communities of Oak Ridge and Knoxville. Her son was fortunate to begin and finish his high school years in Oak Ridge. She has spent many hours volunteering in the Oak Ridge schools. Her other entre into the community has been her Women’s bible study group. Of the many homes Talulah has purchased, five were built under her supervision. Her last build was the most challenging and the most rewarding due to the decisions that needed to be made daily. Because of her experiences, she understands the needs and concerns of families moving across the country or across town. She is acquainted with the challenges of moving, such as determining the neighborhood that will suit your needs, being aware of budgetary constraints and determining what your priorities are for your home. Talulah graduated magna cum laude from Virginia State University with a B.S. degree in Nutrition. She was recruited to continue her education at Iowa State University and received a M.S. degree in Food Science. A strong background in math and science has trained her to be meticulous with details, problem solving and follow through. Her training in Nutrition has helped her maintain focus on balancing family, work, diet, exercise and fun Talulah has two sons, who are also Knoxvillians. Her oldest son is married to a Knoxville native who is also a small business owner. He is currently a senior at the University of Tennessee and plans to continue on for his PhD. Her youngest son has found his calling with the Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson. He has decided to make it a career, as well as finishing his degree at the University of Tennessee.
