This company was formed from a merger of three local Weichert affiliates with ties to Weichert going back as far as the Fall of 2003, and real estate experience stretching out more than 30 years.     Jeff Grebe moved with his family to Knoxville in 1982. In 1993, he married an East Tennessee girl and is now the father of three beautiful girls. Jeff enjoys the opportunity to help people relocate and purchase homes in such a beautiful and welcoming area. Jeff opened The Buyer’s Agent of Knoxville, Inc. in May of 1997 and in January of 2003 opened an independently owned company, Advantage Real Estate, Inc. Jeff has helped hundreds of clients save thousands of dollars, not to mention time and effort. Jeff brings a wealth of experience with him. Jeff started his career with Century 21 and then Re/Max before becoming a broker of his own company. When you hire Jeff, you get the benefit of his knowledge and judgment.     Lindsay Boyles was born and raised in Baltimore and lived in Birmingham, Alabama and Cincinnati before settling in Knoxville almost 6 years ago. She retired from Sara Lee Corp. after a 23 year career and decided to get into real estate, because remodeling her homes in each of these cities has been her favorite thing to do. Lindsay graduated from Tennessee Real Estate Educational System as a Certified TREES Graduate (C.T.G.) and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Tennessee.     Hello, I’m Ned Rayson and I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. With the exception of a brief time living in the Western US, I have lived my whole life in West Knoxville and Loudon County. One of my great loves is playing guitar. While I said I was moving west for college I really went to play music. I quickly learned I was just good enough to be a starving musician. So I came back to Knoxville. Upon returning to Knoxville, I spent fourteen years working in my family’s Hosiery business until the mill closed in 1983. After that I worked for PS Engineering, an avionics company that produces intercoms and audio selector panels for general aviation aircraft. My next position was as an account representative in the form, label and promotional products industry. In 2003 my wife Lilly and I purchased a Power Sports parts distribution business which I operated until I sold it in September of 2015. I have always loved houses; buying, building, remodeling and yes, selling them. My personal experience includes a major house addition, several large remodeling projects and building two custom lake homes.
